The complex involves six fattening farms located on the territory of four districts of Volyn region whose annual capacity is the chicken stock of 14, 500, 000.

All the farms of the ‘Poultry Complex ’Hubyn’ are equipped with modern equipment from leading world producers. The process of growing broiler chickens is the most automated, and the control for the production parameters is carried out by the computerized equipment. Each factor throughout the chicken growing cycle is controlled because of its influence on the development of broilers. They are the dosage and frequency of feeding, light levels, humidity and temperature.

PRODUCTION

The range of products made by the company is more than 40 positions in chilled and frozen form. The main product is commercial broiler carcasses, semi-finished products and by-products made of broiler chickens.

In 2015, a new powerful poultry slaughtering and processing shop was opened in Novovolynsk. Thanks to it the production volumes was up on 2014 by 75%.

During the manufacturing process, the chicken carcasses undergo a series of successive manufacturing operations. The speed and continuity each production cycle are oriented to ensure the maximum freshness and flovor of meat and attractive presentation.

OF POULTRY MEAT

The products of the company are sold through the regional and global supermarket chain and retail and catering establishments under the trademark of ‘Pan Kurchak’.

The delivery of finished products is carried out by the specialized refrigerator trucks. We care about clients consuming only fresh meat from a good manager.

The company works with foreign partners from different countries despite the Ukrainian market and exports frozen carcasses and parts of broiler chickens. All the products meet international quality standards confirmed by the issued Quality Certificates of ISO and ‘Halal’. Moreover, we are interested in cooperation development and always ready to meet partners’ recommendations as to the product calibration and packaging.

In 2016, the ‘Poultry Complex ’Hubyn’ received a European veterinary number, which made it possible to sell products for the countries of the European Union.

The ‘Poultry Complex ’Hubyn’ is able to sell its products to EU, Central Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, with export geography of more than 50 countries.
